CONFERENCE FEES

AIRO and AMASES Member Fees include: Participation to all sessions; Conference materials; Publication of accepted papers in AIRO Springer Series; Welcome cocktail; Coffee breaks; Social events and Social dinner; AIRO annual fee.

OTHER Member Fees include: Participation to all sessions; Conference materials; Publication of accepted papers in AIRO Springer Series; Welcome cocktail; Coffee breaks; Social events and Social dinner; AIRO annual fee.

One day conference for PhD students and Companies Fees include: Participation to all sessions of the 5^th September, Conference materials; Publication of accepted papers in AIRO Springer Series; Coffee breaks and Social events during 5th September; AIRO annual fee.

Accompanying Person Fees include: Welcome cocktail and Social dinner.

Thanks to an agreement with AMT (Genoa Mobility and Transport Company), the ODS 2019 badge will allow free circulation on all urban AMT vehicles (bus, metro, funiculars), excluding ferries and trains for all days of the conference. 

The deadline for early registration is May 27^th, 2019. EXTENDED TO JUNE 15, 2019

The payment of the registration fees has to be done by bank transfer.

NOTICE: In case of cancellation of registration at the conference, the registration fee will not be refunded after July 17^th, 2019.
