Short Paper and Abstract Submission

 

Short Paper (8-10 pages, including front matter and references) within March 29th, 2019 FINAL EXTENSION TO MAY 5th, 2019

Short papers will undergo a review process by anonymous referees.
Accepted papers will be included in a Special Volume of the AIRO Springer Series which will be indexed in main scientific databases. 
Short papers must be prepared using the Springer Latex/Word templates (link to guidelines for authors) and submitted via Springer Online Conference Service, OCS (here now available).

  

 

 

  

To accelerate the review process and guarantee the decision within two months, each paper will be sent to the reviewers few days after its submission.
For this reason authors are warmly invited to upload just papers ready to be referred. 
The upload of the final version can be done after the review process is terminated.

An accepted paper will be included in the Proceedings Book only if 
the registration (and payment)  of the corresponding author has been concluded 
within the early registration deadline.


 

Abstract (max 2000 characters space included, one page including front matter and references) within April 19th, 2019 FINAL EXTENSION TO MAY 5th, 2019

Abstracts must be prepared using the Abstract Word Template ODS2019 - Abstract Word Template or the Abstract LaTeX Template ODS2019 - Abstract LaTeX Template.
Abstracts will be selected by the Program Committee to be included in the conference e-book of abstracts.

An accepted abstract will be included in the e-Book of Abstracts only if
the registration (and payment)  of the corresponding author has been concluded
within the early registration deadline.

A participant can present only one contribution (paper or abstract) except for partecipants presenting a contribution in the Teaching OR Session
Hence a participant can submit as corresponding author only one paper or one abstract.

 

Contributions of invited sessions will undergo the same review process of regular short papers and abstracts.
