07/08/2019 ODS 2019 Sport on Thurday, September 5^th

We are organizing a Beach Volley Tournament for the evening of Thursday, September 5th. The maximum number of participants is limited. Refers to the the Social Events page for more details.

07/08/2019 Saturday, September 7^th Boat Trip to Tigullio and Paradiso Gulf confirmed

It is a pleasure to announce that the Boat Trip planned for the afternoon of Saturday, September 7^th, has been confirmed. More details on the Social Events page.

31/07/2019 Saturday, September 7^th Social Event

We are organizing a special event for the afternoon of Saturday, September 7th, as a relaxing ending of the conference.

We are planning to rent a boat and offer to all ODS 2019 participants, who will stay in Genova on Saturday afternoon, a boat trip to the Tigullio and Paradiso Gulfs, in Riviera di Levante (East Riviera) of Liguria (http://www.visitgenoa.it/en/boat-trips-riviera). Special prices for families and accompanying persons will be offered.
The boat will arrive in San Fruttuoso, where the participants will have the possibility to enjoy an unforgettable swim and/or to visit the ancient Abbey and the monumental sepulchres of the Doria family. After the stop in San Fruttuoso, the boat will take us in front of the world-famous village of Portofino.
Since we need to reach a required minimum number of participants, we kindly ask you to inform us by August 10^th of your intent to take part in the trip. In case the required minimum number of participants will not be reached, we will cancel the trip.

The ODS 2019 Extended Conference Programme is now available on the Programme page.

28/07/2019 Conference lunches

The Conference lunches (Thursday, September 5^th, and Friday, September 6^th) will be included in the registration fee and served at the conference venue.

12/07/2019 Cancellation policy and public transportation

In case of cancellation of registration at the conference, the registration fee will not be refunded after July 17^th, 2019.

Thanks to an agreement with AMT (Genoa Mobility and Transport Company), the ODS 2019 badge will allow free circulation on all urban AMT vehicles (bus, metro, funiculars), excluding ferries and trains for all days of the conference.

04/06/2019 Deadline for ODS 2019 special hotel reservation rates extended

The deadline for reserving hotels taking advantage of the ODS 2019 special rates has been extended to Saturday 15^th June.

Participants are kindly invited to contact the hotels listed on the Accommodation page at their earliest convenience since Genova will be crowded in the period of the Conference due to other events.

10/05/2019 Early registration deadline extended

The deadline for the early registration to ODS 2019 has been extended to Saturday 15^th June.

30/04/2019 Last deadline extension

Due to many requests the deadline for the submission of works to ODS 2019 has been extended to Sunday 5^th May.

Note that this is definitely the last deadline extension.

28/04/2019 Accommodations page now available

A list of hotels offering special prices to the ODS 2019 participants has been published in a new Accommodations page.

Please note that only a limited number of rooms are reserved to ODS participants until 30 May 2019 (afterthat date there is no guarantee for reservations)

20/03/2019 Third Call for Papers with important news (extended deadline for short paper submission)

The Third Call for Papers has been announced (available here).

The deadline for short paper submission is now extended to April 15, 2019.

A special one day fee has been introduced for young researchers and companies attending the conference on Thursday 5^th September.

AMASES members can benefits the same fees of AIRO member.

Finally, the Venue and Accommodation page has been published (a list of accommodations offering special prices for ODS 2019 participants will be available soon on this page).

The registration to the conference is now open.

The conference registration form is enable only for logged-in users and it is accessible from the "Conference Registration" menu tab.

27/02/2019 Second Call for Paper - Short paper submission page activated on Springer OCS service page

The Second Call for Paper has been announced (it can be found at this link).

The short paper submission is now active on the ODS 2019 Springer web page (link). Note that the Springer Word and Latex templates on the Submission page have been updated.

The website of the ODS 2019 Conference is online! It will be frequently updated to contain all the needed information.
