The schedule of ODS2022 (stable version, v 2.11 August 29th, 2022) is now available *.

A booklet with details on all presentations is also available, as well as a full Book of Abstract.

 
Please notice: there will be no printed program nor book of abstract distributed to participants. All of the relevant information wll always be posted on the ODS2022 website..

Springer has activated a special web page based on the Cassyni platform to host the plenary keynote speeches. 

All interested partcipants are invited to register on the platform in order to access the presentations as well as the material
General info on the ODS2022 schedule:

  • Registration will open on site (Centro Didattico Morgagni, Viale Giovanni Battista Morgagni, 40, 50134 Firenze FI) at 11:30, Tuesday August 30th, 2022.  At tthe egistration desk, participants will receive the Conference kit.
    It will not be  possible to register on site or to pay registration fees on site. We are getting close to ful capacity and might decide to close even online registration before the conference beginning.
  • The opening session will be held from 13:30 to 14:00.
  • Parallel Sessions will start, on Tuesday, at 14:10  (TU PM1).  Coffee break on Tuesday will be from 16:00 to 16:30. Parallel sessions TU PM2 will be from 16:30 to 18:00.
  • On Tuesday August 30th, at 19:00, we will have the first Keynote Speech by prof. Anna  Nagurney. This keynote will be held at Salone Brunelleschi, Museo degli Innocenti, Piazza della Santissima Annunziata, 13, 50122 Firenze FI.  After the keynote, at 20:00, a welcome cocktail will be offered to participants, followed by a guided tour to the Museum.
  • Sessions on Wed Aug 31th, Thu Sep 1st, Fri sep 2nd, will start at 09:00 (AM1), followed by coffee break (11:00-11:30), session AM2 (11:30-13:00), Lunch break (13:00-14:30). Keynote presentations on these days will be held at 14:30-15:30; after the plenaries we will have session PM1 (15:40-17:00), coffee break (17:00-17:30, Wed & Thu only), session PM2 (17:30-19:00, Wed & Thu only).
  • On Thursday, September 1st, session PM2 will be a plenary AIRO council meeting (only for AIRO 2022 members)
  • Conference dinner will be Thursday September 1st, at a location slightly out of town; we organized bus transfer for all registered participants. Buses will depart from the Conference location at 19:00, Thursday September 1st. Buses will return to the same location after dinner.
