Aims, Themes & Scope: As per tradition, looking at the previous editions of the ODS conferences, this conference is exploring the intersections and uncharted territories between applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, and economics. The main purpose of the event is to bring together experts from these areas to discuss new ideas and methods, challenges and opportunities in various application areas, general trends, and specific developments. Like previous ODS conferences, ODS 2023 wants to be an opportunity for researchers and practitioners, private and public companies, industries, and policy makers to present and share ideas, experiences and knowledge. Practitioners will be confronted with the burden of selecting the most appropriate method, whereas scientists will seek theoretical insights and demand a sound experimental methodology for evaluating algorithms and assessing strengths and weaknesses.
ODS 2023 will be focused on the theme Optimization in Green Sustainability and Ecological Transition. However, solicited contributions can cover a variety of topics as specified in themes and scope.
