Short Paper and Abstract Submission

 

Short Paper (6-8 pages, including front matter and references) within March 9, 2018  MARCH 28th, 2018.

Short papers will undergo a review process by anonymous referees.
Accepted papers will be included in a Special Volume of the AIRO Springer Series (http://www.springer.com/series/15947), which will be indexed in main scientific databases. 
They have to be prepared using Latex/Word templates and submitted via Springer Online Conference Service, OCS

To accelerate the review process and guarantee the decision within two months, the paper will be sent to the reviewers few days after the submission.
For this reason authors are warmly invited to upload just papers ready to be referred. 
The upload of the final version can be done after the review process is terminated.

An accepted paper will be included in the Proceedings Book only if 
the registration (and payment)  of the corresponding author has been concluded 
within the early registration deadline.



 

Abstract (minimum 1000 characters space included, max 1 page including front matter and references) within April 12, 2018 APRIL 26th, 2018.

To submit an abstract you need to create an account on this website. Create your account and Log-in on the right side of this page. When you are logged in, you should fill the "Abstract Submission Form" available from the menu bar.

It has to be prepared using the Abstract Word Template ODS2018 - Abstract Word Template or the Abstract LaTeX Template ODS2018 - Abstract LaTeX Template.


Abstract will be selected by the Program Committee to be included in the conference e-book of abstracts.

 

An accepted abstract will be included in the e-Book of Abstracts only if
the registration (and payment)  of the corresponding author has been concluded
within the early registration deadline.

 

A participant can present only one contribution (paper or abstract).

Hence he can submit as corresponding author only one paper or an abstract.

Contributions of invited sessions will undergo the same review process of regular short papers and abstracts.
