Abstract and short paper submission

 ODS2017 participants will have two ways of submission, short paper or abstract:

- Abstract (minimum 1000 characters space included, 
max 1 page including front matter and references)

within April 15th, 2017 within April 30th, 2017

To submit an abstract you need to create an account on this website.
Create your account and Log-in on the right side of this page.

When you are logged in, you should fill in the "Abstract submission form" available from the menu bar.

It has to be prepared using the Abstract Word template.

Abstracts will be selected by Programme Committee to be included in the conference e-book of abstracts

An accepted abstract will be included in the e-Book of Abstracts, only if

the registration (and payment)  of the corresponding author has been concluded
within the early registration deadline.

A participant can present only one contribution (paper or abstract).

Hence he can submit as corresponding author only one paper or an abstract.

Contributions of invited sessions will undergo the same review process of regular short papers and abstracts.

- Short paper (6 – 8 pages, including front matter and references)
within March 3rd, 2017 March 19th, 2017 (closed)

Short papers will undergo a review process by anonymous referees.

Accepted papers will be included in a special volume of the Springer Proceedings in Mathematics and Statistics (PROMS),
indexed in main scientific databases (Scopus, Thomson Reuters, Google Scholar, etc.).
They have to be prepared using PROMS templates (Latex/Word) and submitted via Springer Online Conference Service, OCS

To accelerate the review process and guarantee the decision within two months,
the paper will be sent to the reviewers few days after the submission.
For this reason authors are warmly invited to upload just papers ready to be referred. 
The upload of the final version can be done after the review process is terminated.

An accepted paper will be included in Proceedings Book only if

the registration (and payment) of the corresponding author has been concluded
within the early registration deadline.
